Peninsula Print & Design was established by Gary Withers in 1986 in Newtownards, county Down. We are still in the town, but ever growing demand for our products and services has caused us to relocate three times to increasingly larger facilities and you’ll now find us at Quarry Heights, working across eight integrated units. One of our key strengths has always been our ability to anticipate and respond to changing trends in the print and design sectors, and this is why we are able to address our client requirements and respond to them quickly and cost-effectively.

This commitment to quality and advancement has seen our operations evolve and expand into new and emerging areas of multi-platform activity including: packaging, promotional products, website development and more recently brand design. Today we are proud to say our comprehensive offering attracts repeat custom, large and small, from the public, private and community voluntary sectors throughout Ireland and the UK. Positive and productive relationships with our clients are at the very heart of our operation
Our production facility in the North Road Business Park is fully equipped with a dedicated design department, pre-press department, a state-of-the-art computerised production system, lithographic presses, digital print/copying presses (ideal for short-run jobs), flatbed presses (for large format printing), and a wide range of finishing equipment. We also maintain our own dispatch team and vehicle fleet to manage and aid deliveries. Clients are very welcome to come and see our facilities for themselves. For Health & Safety reasons all visitors need to be accompanied when in the factory, so please contact us in advance to arrange a guided tour.
There is increasing demand from, our clients for a completely integrated design service – one which can take their ideas right from the creation of a unique and impactful identity (the brand), through to its application on a range of offline and digital outputs.
We will continue to invest in building our design capabilities so that we stay at the forefront of design trends, both within our own creative team, and also through our partnering with a limited number of trusted affiliates who have specific expertise in areas such as animation, branding, photography and copywriting.
In 2017 we carried out a customer satisfaction survey to gauge where we need to invest going forwards to meet our clients’ needs. We were delighted to find out that a staggering 93% of respondents listed themselves as being satisfied or very satisfied with our customer service standards.
This same research indicated that clients want to hear more from us about emerging trends, discounts and special offers, as well as our latest projects.
We have taken this feedback on board and are actively re-invigorating our brand as well as our digital communications, social media presence and direct client engagement.
